Our fees are dependent on the transaction required. In summary:

Sale or purchase price up to £600,000.00 = £900 plus VAT

Sale or purchase price over £600,000.00 = 0.15% of price plus VAT

Re-mortgage = £700.00 plus VAT

Equity Release = £900.00 plus VAT

Transfer of ownership within the family = £500.00 plus VAT (no consideration payable)

In addition there will be various disbursements which vary depending on the transaction and property price involved such as: Stamp duty = from 0 to 12% of property value; Land Registration Fees – between £20 and £910; Local authority and other searches – around £500; bankruptcy search fees = £2 per person; Land Registry fee - £3 per search; ID and AML checks - £9 per person; Office copy documents - £3 per document; bank charges - £40 inclusive of VAT
